An exciting role for someone looking to lead projects and further develop their skills and brand thinking within our dynamic Quantitative Insight team whose mission is to inspire, create and deliver what our client's truly value: marketing inspiration. You will work closely with senior team members in a project lead capacity across a variety of sectors, with a strong focus on telecommunications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quantitative project management lead with minimal daily oversight from senior team. 'Go-to' person for all-things related to project management, both internally and with external clients. Key player in scoping, analysis, and delivery of projects. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A highly energetic and resourceful team player who is a polished project 'doer' looking to develop their problem-solving and creative thinking skills to deliver cutting edge solutions as part of a close and highly experienced team who love a challenge. Foundation experience: 3 - 5 years experience in market research, showing a solid understanding of Quantitative methodologies. Knowledge of the advertising industry and experience in ad testing is a big plus. A compulsive deep diver: naturally nosy, with a love for going beyond the obvious and the mental agility to look for the best solutions from multiple perspectives. Develops insights to influence solutions. Superb organizer: always on top of the detail, proactive, forward-thinking with exceptionally good project and team management skills. Excellent communicator: able to listen and understand clients, consumer and colleagues and in turn communicate insights both verbally and written in a crisp yet fluid tone. Brand fanatic: with a real passion for and understanding of the role brand's play in people's lives and the ability to translate this into action.
