Additional Responsibilities:
Account for antennas purchased and updating trackers and ensuring the construction and status of projects is on track to completion

Develop and implement network operations procedures

Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art network technology, equipment and systems

Under general supervision, plans, directs and controls the activities of network operations

Prepare activity, progress and service level agreement performance report

Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution

Serve as a technical and team leader and consultant for product development projects that involve multiple disciplines

Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals

Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on project

Facilitate collaboration with and between Development and Engineering, Production, Marketing, QA and Sales

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

2-4 years of experience plus Professional Engineer Registration or 2-4 years as Technology Consultant/Software Engineer

Requires strong understanding of all emerging technologies and network security policies and standards

Requires system knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SOTS, BMP, TIRKS and RMIN

Must be able to work with various departments and vendors

Ability to escalate projects to managers and be very well organized and be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects

Solid understanding of DHCP principles and ability to interface with server management groups supporting IP management is a must

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Preferred Experience & Education:
5 to 7 years of related experience
