The Project Manager will be responsible for coordination of our direct response/infomercial activity for our skincare brand. These responsibilities include coordinating offer creation, media buying, production, project management, managing forecasting, offer performance and lead-time management.
Coordinate and work cross departmentally to launch a direct response brand which includes but is not limited to timeline development/management, status responding, identifying necessary requirements for a successful project, task management and working with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and expectations.
Develop and execute media buys, media planning, website development/management, successful offer creation/testing, business modeling, benchmarking, budget management and supplier management.
Assist the marketing team with research, production, infomercial execution and product concepts.
Assist the operations team with forecasting and call center training.
Daily reporting and infomercial campaign metrics including; call volume, order volume, conversion rates, AOV and abandoned rates to ensure that SHS can address performance issues and opportunities at outsourced telemarketing partners.
Split test results which will ensure that metrics are delivered timely and accurately to maximize revenue capture through various telemarketing partners.
Follow up on timeline deliverables.
Managing infomercial activity with vendors. Assist in managing on-screen talent.
Manage timeline and project execution.
Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Skincare, cosmetics or beauty experience preferred, but not required.
Experience in customer service, telemarketing sales and/or marketing (Print/Web/ Advertising) preferred but not required.
Marketing experience including production, media buying, product offering and strong familiarity with price points preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work well in a team and independently.
Must have strong follow through skills with the ability to negotiate with internal and external customers to get immediate results.
Ability to deal with conflict when it arises and to provide both positive and negative feedback.
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
