If you enjoy an aggressive, technology-oriented, results-driven culture, WAND may be the right fit for you.The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for facilitating the implementation of existing and new clients nationwide with coordinated efforts of operational teams to support conversions and new business set-up and design. The PM will work with product management, sales and client services, as well as follow operational procedures and processes for client onboarding. The PM will also balance customer needs with WAND capabilities using strategic, innovative and creative solutions.

DUTIES

Manages new project deployments from sales through completionEnsure clients smooth transitions to the WAND systems by understanding and minimizing operational impact and managing risk through continuous communication with the client and quick resolution to problemsInterface with client to facilitate deployments/projects and acts as the primary point of conatact for the client throughout the onboarding processOversee/Facilitate cross-functional work teams to define project/implementation scope and objectives, develops primary deployment/project planDetermine necessary resources and deployment/project timelineReview and track status of projects daily and periodically report to managementResponsible for defining project requirments and successfully communicating an accurate SOW for each projectSuccessfully identifies changes of scope, process change orders, and successfully documents client deliverables for a successful projectCommunicates effectively with client and throughout the organizationManages field resources and communicates daily to ensure project is completed/installed succesfullyProvides remote coverage for day of "Go-Live" supportProduce a project plan for all phases of the projectMonitor customer deliverablesReport all issues and milestones to managementMaintain and update internal database with key documents, checklist and correspondence between customer, third parties and WAND

QUALIFICATIONS

Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple project deadlinesGood knowledge of networking standards, PC Troubleshooting, Internet connectivity, LAN operating systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, and relational databasesExperience in customer service or operations requiredAbility to lead multiple highly visible projects simultaneouslyAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communicationsDemonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time framesWillingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirementsHighly motivated with a desire to succeedEducation and Experience: 4 year college degreeMinimum of 2 years of project management experience This job description is intended to represent the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this job.
