Currently we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help with the development and delivery of an integrated enterprise technology to enable the following elements of the program. This includes working in concert with project managers who have specific domain responsibilities for initiatives for enterprise technology solutions such as Third Party Integrations, Reporting, Middleware, Data Warehousing, Single Sign On and Portal and in compliance with our client’s enterprise technology standards.
Candidate needs to be hands-on expert in project planning and execution including: scope definition and managements, task and resource scheduling, cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance, client relationship management, project team management, and overall change management. The Program/Project Manager will be 100% accountable for the on-time, on budget delivery of solutions per the approved specifications. This person will be a strategic thinking, quality driven individual, who will provide leadership, direction, coordination and coaching for project managers and project teams during their day to day management and implementation of IT & Business projects, programs, activities and processes.
Below are the Qualifications required on this job; Successful and reference-able experience as the primary lead in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in establishing ITIL/based practices for a large organization. Demonstrated experience in the creation of or guidance for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to technology standards and services. The ability to engender in an organization a persistent commitment to ITIL based best practices and continuous improvement in quality and service delivery. Excellent project/time management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision. Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning. Strong Business Process Analysis skills and Business Process Mapping. Strong Change Management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of PM experience. 2+ years of PMO experience. Project / Program Management experience. Clear understanding of the differences between Project Management and Program Management.

This is a multi-year onsite engagement in Montclair, NJ.
