Currently we are seeking a project manager to help in identifying, cataloging, and managing the various data and process integration points between our client's legacy ERP suite and the new ERP components that are being designed and implemented over the next 3-4 years.
This will be a multi-year onsite engagement at our client based in Montclair, NJ.
Below are the Qualifications required for this job; Successful and reference-able experience as the primary lead in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in establishing ITIL/based practices for a large organization. Demonstrated experience in working with SME's and business process owners to extract details of existing electronic data flows and map them to specific integration points within a complex, multi-vendor ERP environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize complex information into a clear, standardized format that promotes accuracy, r repeatability and consistency. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills required to interpret client business needs and identify and document appropriate technical solutions and productions processes and procedures. Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and is continuously self-challenged by setting and committing to aggressive interim project deadlines. Must be able to exercise discretion, sound judgment and work independently. Excellent project/time management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision. Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning. Strong Business Process Analysis skills and Business Process Mapping. Strong Change Management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of PM experience. 2+ years of PMO experience. Understanding of relational database concepts and common scripting and data modeling languages. Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture
