POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for managing multiple client-facing implementation projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet client satisfaction.
Milliman Care Guidelines Major Responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan.
2.Manage the delivery, installation, upgrade and support of Milliman Care Guidelines products.
3.Employ standard project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable manner.
4.Understand existing processes and introduce process changes to improve quality, reduce costs or accelerate time lines.
1.Five (5) progressive years managing client-facing projects.
2.Health care experience required.
3.Management of projects involving Web applications required.
4.Skilled in usage of MS Project and MS Office.
5.Experience with SalesForce and SharePoint desirable.
6.Goal orientation and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
7.Demonstrable skills in project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation.
8.Travel required - approximate travel commitment 25%.
9.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
10.Bachelor's degree required.
