The Project Manager performs a myriad of tasks during each workday. These tasks include management of a team of individuals with skills associated with scheduling, customer relations, IT equipment repair, installation, network troubleshooting, maintenance and physical security of company property. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: financial tracking and reporting, collection of past due accounts, business development, public relations, and attendance at company or community meetings, and frequent interaction with corporate or government program managers and employees. The employee may support either civilian or government external agencies.
Provide exceptional customer service
Establish quality work standards and perform periodic quality control measures thru customer follow-up
Manage a budget, track and report monthly financials
Maintain the existing and future property, including building, vehicles, and inventory
Provide an efficient work schedule for assigned company personnel
Maintain and monitor the morale and welfare of assigned company personnel
Coordinate, plan and / or deliver training sessions and meetings
Utilize corporate sales, marketing and technical experts
Satisfy new and existing business requirements
