Primary Project Location: FORT WORTH, TX 76155

Job Description: Senior PM role - This person is primarily responsible for local resource and schedule management, supporting project tasks and functions that are repetitive in nature and require detailed follow through to ensure successful completion. The project manager will work in alignment with the program management office as appropriate on assigned tasks coordinating internal and external project resources for specific implementation milestones.

Typical work activities for the project manager role include: Responsibilities include: • Develop an integrated project plan that incorporates the project timelines and milestones of the various groups. • Drive the project using an integrated project timeline. • Update the project timeline, review the project for jeopardy status, prepare status reports, and act as single point of contact for the project team. (Jeopardy is defined as anything that may cause a delay in the timeline as set out in the project plan.) • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress • Work with team members to ensure all tasks are complete and accepted pursuant to the test and acceptance criteria in the integration planning phase. • Create a dynamic action list to track issues as they develop, who should resolve, and the results. • Organize, lead, track, document, and publish to the developments of project team meetings such as status report meetings, project planning meetings and design review meetings. • Review the work to be performed prior to its inception to ensure prerequisites are met. If errors or omissions are found, the PM will document the issue, establish the responsible party to resolve, and attempt to coordinate and reschedule work forces to other areas to continue making progress. • Coordinate the activities of the project team, vendors, sub-contractors, and client contacts to schedule work so as to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. • Collect and review reporting and take any required actions indicated. • Oversee and coordinate the activities of labor resources to help ensure safety, quality, and provide problem resolution. • Work and direct efforts needed to remove roadblocks that may arise during the implementation of the project. • Work with the project team members during client meetings in collecting and recording information gathered as well as soliciting and capturing feedback during review meetings • Train, coach and motivate the team members and other internal and external stakeholders
