Serves as direct line supervisor of projects in support of assigned applications area:
  • Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans
  • Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations, influences program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback
  • Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested by customer

    Essential Responsibilities
    Enterprise Systems supports a wide customer base across its application base. This role will have responsibility to drive utilization & growth of applications such as IT Insight, TEMS, Certificates, IP Plan and drive the design, build and rollout of several new applications to support ISS Billing, ISS Telecomm and the merge of legacy TSG / GIS applications. On an ongoing basis this role will be responsible for managing & driving projects across our customer base where Enterprise Systems Reporting Services are required. This role will also have day-to-day responsibility for operational service delivery for the reporting services applications supported by Enterprise Systems, such as:
  • Establish, grow & maintain core processes across Reporting Services team
  • Drive roadmap for applications managed by the team, identifying new opportunities for growth, simplification and value added service
  • Lead projects and be VOC advocate for customers leveraging Reporting / Telecomm applications into the Enterprise Systems organization
  • Interface with & lead Enterprise Systems development teams for project execution
  • Interface with Enterprise Systems architecture & initiatives team for future projects
  • Manage operational delivery of all applications including incident / problem management, knowledge management & change management

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2 years of hands on, mixed experience in technology and architecture OR minimum 10 years of IT project / program management experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in offshore & onshore development team management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience at leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on a common vision
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience Eligibility Requirements:

    Desired Characteristics
  • Ability to effectively perform cost benefit analysis, determine TCO, prepare and manage projects to budget
  • ITLP Graduate
  • Base ITIL understanding and 1 year experience in ITIL practices
  • Green Belt and / or Black Belt Six Sigma trained
  • Application design & development experience
  • MySQL / Oracle Databases
  • Web development languages e.g. PHP / JSP / HTML
  • UI Design experience
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with managing impact of compliance regulations to application design
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities.
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
