We require a Project Manager with experience in Trade Surveillance with strong trade lifecycle & cross-asset class understanding. Candidate's should have an excellent understanding of Project Management lifecycles/methodologies and ideally be qualified in SixSigma, PMP or Prince2 Project Management certifications. Strengths in applications such as Excel, Visio and MS Project will be considered favorably.

Soft skills that are critical include a strong sense of accountability and ownership, high levels of motivation and an ability to build strong working relationships and influence positive outcomes

Daily duties will include:

• Maintain project plans, issues logs, test plans, and formal documentation for stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to lead and manage the delivery of large-scale, sometimes multiple, programmes of change. Conducting requirements gathering session
• Documentation and approval of requirements
• Develop all aspects of project related documentation, Project plans, RAID logs, Action Lists etc

Required Qualifications
Must Haves:

• Ability to lead and manage the delivery of large-scale, sometimes multiple, programmes of change.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Prior Trade Surveillance Experience is a big plus either from a business, project or technology perspective
