Summary of Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all assigned project management activities related to Credit Risk department initiatives. This role ensures that effective coordination is achieved between all parties involved in projects. The Project Manager manages project(s) to ensure that the deliverables are completed on-time, within the project constraints, and in compliance with existing policies and procedures
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience required PMP certification advantageous but not essential Minimum five (5) years experience in business process analysis, project management, or systems development life cycle Financial services and auto-finance industry experience required as well as experience of working within a PMO environment Change management experience preferred Excellent verbal and technical writing skills Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Self motivated and results oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities The ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience. The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment Expertise using Microsoft Project and associated Microsoft Office software is essential Ability to maintain confidentiality
