This position will support an enterprise-wide integrated approach to HR Optimization and talent management and will interact with HR leaders in all segments of the business. Initial responsibilities include assessing the HR Optimization and Integrated Talent Management teams' project management needs, setting up a PM infrastructure and facilitating work processes. Following project launch, this position will be responsible for supporting Integration Office activities, managing project plans, scheduling / supporting / facilitation meetings and work sessions, creating and distributing status reports, documenting output via a readily accessible knowledge repository, identifying delivery risks and recommending mitigating strategies. This individual will identify, communicate and facilitate opportunities to integrate work across ITM and HR Optimization project teams and will ensure alignment of project team deliverables with the overall objectives, budgets and timelines. This individual will work closely with Solution Team Leaders, HR Optimization Team Leads and other Integration Office team members on change management, communication, technology and business case development efforts. This is a project hire role scheduled for 18 months.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate all of project processes and tools for a complete project management solution
  • Develop and manage project work processes such as project planning, issue management, knowledge management and documentation, meeting structure, budget, milestone tracking and reporting etc.
  • Own and coordinate the project governance process
  • Maintain master project plan (consolidate individual work stream work plans) to ensure work plan alignment and synergy)
  • Create infrastructure for managing project interdependencies
  • Manage scope and business requirements - align work plans with budget and schedule considerations
  • Enable interactive communication among project leader and work stream leaders
  • Identify the key risks of the program and advocate contingency plans
  • Prepare project updates and summarize work plan status updates
  • Highlight and monitor key issues to project leadership
  • Partner with Finance and other SMEs to document the types and sources of metrics used to determine business value
  • Assess and recommend resources needed to meet work plan requirements
  • Support project work stream leaders - integrate and leverage resources where possible and define gaps and mitigation strategies where necessary
  • Make pro-active recommendations on project approach, timing, priorities and deliverables where appropriate
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex projects and providing project methodology and integration expertise
  • Solid knowledge of tools, processes and resources needed to support integrated global innovation initiatives
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative processes and tools to support business objectives
  • Adaptable, flexible, well organized, detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, influence and verbal/written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen, and ability to identify and utilize metrics tied to project value
  • Strong ability to identify inclusive processes and solutions
  • Track record of successful partnerships with leaders at all levels
Preferred Education
BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
