As a result of our continued expansion and achievements we are looking to add support personnel. We are now searching for a proven professional to fill the role of Project Manager, FASTSIGNS National Accounts, in our market.

The mission of the Project Manager, Fastsigns National Accounts, is to facilitate and manage sign projects from inception to completion while maintaining a strong working relationship with our National Accounts customers, their agents/franchisees and our vendors. He/She must adhere to the highest level of customer service to all parties involved in project, at all times. In addition, he/she must have excellent communication skills, oral and written, excellent telephonic skills, and time management skills.

The ideal Project Manager has a college degree in business or a related field of study or equivalent experience in a similar position; two years experience in a project management role; and strong computer, customer service and organizational skills.

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Receive new inquiries/orders from National Account clients and/or their architects via Email, fax or purchase order
-- Review all orders to make sure all the essential information needed to perform job duties has been received from the client
-- Enter new jobs into the project management software and create a scope of work based on the type of job (New Install, Build and Ship, Service)
-- Find local franchise partners or subcontractors to survey the location based on the scope of work and submit purchase orders to these vendors to complete the work
-- Verify that we have current insurance coverage from vendor and if we do not, notify accounting so that it can be requested
-- Research sign code by ordering from Sign Code Inc., internet or phone inquiry to the local municipality for which the job location resides
-- Contact landlords for sign criteria, insurance requirements, and property use-/ subcontractor regulations as needed
-- Receive and review survey information to verify that you have everything needed to prepare an accurate sign proposal to the client
-- Use available survey, sign code, and landlord sign criteria information to identify locations for signage and any possible issues related to the location
-- Request artwork for signage from the art department using the information from the survey, landlord, and city requirements
-- Ensure that the clients brand standards and logo usage guidelines are upheld when requesting artwork
-- Review to make sure that everything that was requested is on the artwork and that there are no mistakes in measurements or verbiage. Request revisions as needed
-- Submit artwork for bid to manufacturer (if there is not a predetermined cost) and install/permitting vendor
-- Follow up on estimates that are not received in a timely manner (1-2 days max)
-- Compile estimates and create a customer quote using margins that have been pre-established for the account. If needed, request supervisor approval prior to quoting the customer. Send quote and artwork to the client or let them know that it is available for review in the documents section on their customer website
-- Submit artwork to landlord for approval. Make artwork revisions as necessary per landlord comments
-- Write purchase orders for permitting, manufacturing and installation
-- Follow up to ensure that the purchase orders are received by vendors and work is on schedule per our benchmarks
-- Keep jobs statuses up to date in project management software with notes, correct contact information, and all necessary documents needed to complete the job
-- Competitively bid projects as needed to ensure that clients are getting the best prices
-- Develop and improve tools necessary for managing projects (survey, service forms, price sheets, etc…)
-- Ensure that the job is properly marked in project management software upon completion so accounting can bill the client
-- Follow up on all active jobs and sales quotes weekly so that we don’t miss a deadline or a sale
-- Assist other Select Team members in following up and with other projects as needed
-- Work with team leader to develop and improve catalog selections for managed catalog customers
-- Work with Select Team members to develop and improve processes and procedures
-- Perform all other requested or related duties as required
