The Part-time (PT) Project Manager , under the direction of the Senior Director, Consumer Insights, Engagement, and Web Strategy, is accountable for planning, executing, and finalizing the Consumer Engagement initiative to ensure deliverables and deadlines are achieved and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the project accurately according to plan. The Project Manager will define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. The Project Manager will also be accountable for complex projects that require integrating multiple types of technologies and organizational change as well as engaging with multiple stakeholders across disciplines and lines of business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent education/experience;
  • 4-6 years of project management experience;
  • PMI certification is strongly preferred;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices and schedule management tools (i.e. MS Project or equivalent);
  • Expert ability to develop project plans, manage budget, and meet deadlines;
  • Solid Understanding of risk assessments and cost/benefit analysis;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills for executive communications, proposals, and project reporting;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills;
  • Experience managing technical resources and coordinating infrastructure projects;
  • Able to judge when and how to appropriately escalate issues and risks for Senior Management awareness and support;
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete projects within the constraints of stakeholders’ timelines and budgets;
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
