We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Project Manager who has work experience with Hospitality - both interiors and ground up. The role requires experience in producing and managing the interior/architectur process, from programming through design and construction administration.
Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination
Manage client relationships and team communication
Resolve complex technical and design issues
Maintain the project manual and specifications
Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews
Construction Administration including the processing of submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, etc. during construction
Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
Prepare observation reports during construction
Assist in project close-out efforts including punch lists
8-10 years of relevant experience as a project manager,
Revit experience is highly valued, use of AutoCAD will be necessary
Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done
Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
Architectural license and LEED accreditation desirable
