SIRVA is looking to add an innovative and analytical Project Management professional to the team. The Project Manager performs complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs, and the general business environment to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Will be a liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel to meet outward facing customer needs. Specifically, the Project Manager will:
Tracks and prioritizes requests from external clients, building project management plans from cradle to grave.
Project Manages customer implementation requests
Works with BA team to create user stories for each request and works with the IT SCRUM team to build.
Conduct training webinars for clients and internal customers related to existing or new functionality
Participates in prioritizing new functionality requested by clients
Identify, track, troubleshoot and test issues as required by the Application Managers
Act as a resource for end users as process questions arise

T he ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, degree should be in Information Systems or Business Administration
Three or more years of project management in the IT space required
Microsoft Blue knowledge or background
Past development experience a plus
Experience working in Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization
Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language
