Responsibilities :
Assessment, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions involving COTS, GOTS, and custom elements

Adapt and implement Integrated Program Implementation approach

Develop IT strategies for Knowledge Management Portal Implementations leveraging MS Sharepoint and .NET

Routine interface with core client body and technical stakeholder team outreach to identify user needs

Collaboration on briefing and assessment documents for decision makers with diverse levels of technical expertise to sharing acquired knowledge

Work to improve Army knowledge management best practices

Provide reporting and feedback to ArdentMC leadership as needed

Qualifications/Education :
ArdentMC Project Server/ Knowledge Management Consultant bring a minimum of four years of direct experience contributing to the planning and engineering of large, complex IT initiatives. Candidates should have experience working as part of a team of experienced, technical personnel, but also collaborate with functional leads of business process areas and programs, to extract the best way to identify, organize, and distribute collective knowledge of best practices, policies, procedures, and retained learning. Applicants should have an in depth understanding of Agile Development methodologies, and experience and/or certification in that area is highly desired.

Specific Qualifications Include:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Active Secret-level clearance, with eligibility for TS-SCI

4+ years of experience in system engineering, with direct experience architecting and implementing knowledge management technologies

Microsoft Project Server Certification Preferred

5+ years in systems engineering evaluating and providing comprehensive business and technical recommendations on information sharing and portal technologies

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and react to complex stakeholder dynamics

Experience contributing to complex IT transitions

Proven ability to identify and aggressively react to program risks

Experience working in a distributed environment

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Ability to work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to derive and validate requirements

Ability to operate autonomously

Familiarity with the Department of Defense and the Army Information Technology Mission Space to support the warfighter

Additional Qualifications Include:
Familiarity with Federal SELC practices, Federal Enterprise Architecture guidelines, and prevailing IT architecture best practices

Experience managing implementation of large-scale Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions

This position will require daily performance at a Federal facility in the Washington, DC Metro area as well as at our contractor facilities.
