Relocation Department - Entry Level
Seeking an entry level Project Support Specialist to support busy relocation team in Irvine. Excellent opportunity for an efficient, well organized individual. Primary responsibility will be conducting property searches, project documentation preparation and coordination. Experience as a leasing agent/coordinator in residential property management is essential.

Experience as a residential leasing agent; excellent phone etiquette; internet savvy; ability to conduct property/leasing research via internet and telephone; and document preparation. Ideal candidate is able to excel in a support role; able to work with a variety of people; has a "can do" attitude; is an independent self-starter able to work with minimal supervision; is able to follow detailed instructions and procedures; possesses a calm and professional demeanor.
Essential Duties/Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as residential leasing agent or property management support staff Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Computer skills will be tested as part of the interview process Multi-tasking; takes initiative; able to work with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are critical Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills Promotes a professional appearance, demeanor and work product Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to work with common office machines such as a copier, scanner, fax, printer, etc. Requires a strong work ethic and commitment Bilingual a plus Hours are generally 8am-5pm with occasional overtime
