Responsible for the resolution of certain issues for owned and leased real estate. Facilitates processing of contracts and is an internal source of property information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Supports Property Transaction Specialists in lease renewals and marketing or rental units.
•Supports Property Specialists in execution of management of all property issues.
•Coordinates with landlords to resolve simple to moderately complex property issues (Ex: required maintenance, information requests, etc.).
•Requests landlord approval for remodels and marketing programs.
•Maintains databases with results of property activity.
•Confirm if a Landlord defaults for Estoppel certificates
•Applies for Special Use Permits to allow sales of certain products in conjunction with marketing roll-outs.
•Analyzes office space usage for compliance with usage guidelines Support management of excess and surplus property.
•Track/follow-up on rental properties for Property Specialists (is rent current? Repairs on track?)
•For store closures, coordinate with Ops and Facilities on proper shut down of store. Coordinate with other departments on store closures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 5 years in Development/Property Management companies or multi-unit retailer.
Demonstrated ability to manage many projects of varying complexity
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
