About the job:
The Property Manager will be responsible, in the most professional manner, for the management of both commercial and residential properties. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Business Plans: Annually authors a business plan for each property that comprises the property management assignments
Lease Abstract Documentation: Responsible for abstracting property leases, as well as move-in accounting forms
Marketing Management: Responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties
Tenant Move-In and Move-Out: Responsible for coordination of each tenant’s move-in and move-out procedures
Monthly Building Management: Responsible for conducting thorough inspections of each assigned property
Accounting: Responsible for monthly financial reports as well as collection procedures
Reporting: Responsible for reporting building activities to the Owner through a monthly written report
Company Marketing: Responsible for marketing the services of SRS at all times, and for soliciting new management accounts.

Computer skills as follows:
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project)
- Intermediate level understanding of digital images (how to open, view, customize, and print)
Possess a Class A California driver’s license and a motor vehicle driving record that is clear
