AIM’s Marketing team is seeking client-focused Proposal and Sales Support Manager, responsible for developing complex proposals, surveys and related sales support to respond to business opportunities.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Conducts initial review of RFPs/RFIs and surveys to create a project plan for final deliverables

Organizes and participates in strategy meetings with senior sales personnel to determine the strategy and sales emphasis of each proposal

Writes and proofreads final deliverables

Provides subject matter expertise and resolves complex proposal issues

Develops and writes targeted Executive Summaries that highlight key selling points as well as corporate initiatives

Builds relationships with sales and functional areas essential to the development, revision and delivery of proposal related products and sales support materials

Independently manages each project to completion engaging in ongoing communications with Sales, Solution Development, Clinical, Operations, IT and other corporate personnel to review options and changing conditions

Researches, gathers and synthesizes internal and external information

Partners with the creative staff on appropriate layout for final deliverables and oversees production to produce all necessary materials by the predetermined deadline
