- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, billing and / or coding.
- Customer service experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with data input and keyboarding skills of at least 30 wpm.
