DESCRIPTION

Administers policies and programs for the recruitment and selection of qualified staff members. Counsels employees regarding benefits and obligations and enrolls eligible employees in benefit programs. Maintains personnel records for each employee. Administers personnel policies. Coordinates staff training and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Personnel Management, Personnel Services, Political Science, Public Administration. or Organizational Behavior, and three years in responsible human resources work involving functional or line supervision required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skillsEffective organizational skillsEvvective interpersonal skillsAbility to be discreet and confidentialLicenses or Certificates: A valid Regular Driver License is required.
