Report to the Plant Manager
Supervise and train Production Personnel in Safety Management. and GMPs.
Manage safety programs per OSHA and EPA.
Coordinate and communicate with cross functional teams.
Assure the training of team members in the areas of noncompliance.
Participates in audits to ensure standards are being met.
Provide managerial and technical leadership to plant staff.
Direct the implementation, process and follow-up to State and Federal audits
Initiate and drive yearly initiatives using precision leadership skills.
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Safety programs.
B.S. Degree in Food Science, Engineering or related
3-5 years experience in food manufacturing
