Pratt Display provides supply chain solutions for in-store marketing companies. We are a leader in the Point of Purchase industry working with many of the Top 50 Consumer Products companies in the design, development, and manufacturing of their POP promotions. Pratt Display currently has locations in Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.Pratt Industries offers competitive compensation plans with incentive opportunities, full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, All State, Pre Paid Legal, and 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and paid holidays.Candidates must have: 3 years minimum experience in the Quality fieldExperience in the POP display/packaging industry working with corrugated, paperboard and plastic materials preferredAt least 2 years experience in industrial supervision and or quality managementBachelors degree Strong leadership, presentation, training, and interpersonal skillsQuality systems training (Six Sigma, ISO, TQM, lean manufacturing, etc)ASQ certification preferred (CQA, CQE, CQEIT)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC applicationsResponsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Maintain quality system complianceDevelop metrics to track the effectiveness of the plants quality processesManager the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of quality tools and systemsAudit processes for effectivenessChampion the continuous improvement and waste reduction effortsProvide support to all departments ensuring product conformance to specificationDevelop and oversee training where neededResolve quality problems as needed with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and company personnelMaintaining compliance with Government Agencies (Safety & Environmental)Qualified candidates should submit their resumes by email to ecutler@prattindustries.com
