On Site Quality Control Manager will perform the following duties: conduct the weekly QC meetings, perform the three phases of control except for those phases of control designated to be performed by QC Specialists, perform submittal review and approval, ensure testing is performed and provide QC certifications and documentation required in the Contract.
The QC Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the three phases of control and documentation performed by the QC Specialists, testing laboratory personnel and any other inspection and testing personnel required by the Contract
Minimum 10 years construction experience as Project Engineer or above on large projects with pile driving, cast in pace and pre-cast concrete, structural steel erection, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Fire Protection.
Minimum 2 years expericence as QC Manager.
Familiar with requirements of EM-385-1-1
Completed course in Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors (from NAVFAC or US Army COrps of Engineers)
Familiar with Three Phases of Control
Liscensed Architect or PE in State of Washington
Certification in REifnrocenment Steel Inspection and CIP Cncrete Inspection from PCA, ACI or ICB
