The Quality Manager assists and supports Project Engineer, Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.

The position plans, directs and supervises company quality control functions and activities established by corporate dictate.

The Quality Manager must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Qualities Specific to the Hiring Manager/Job:
Hands on QA/QC experience with a Design/Builder. Very much preferable that the person has worked for a design builder or contractor. Less favorable -- owner only. When a person lists they were on a project and responsible for 10 different things (estimating, safety, design, value engineering, scheduling…..) and QA/QC is one of those items, I can’t really consider this QA/QC experience.

Years experience close to what is stated in the requisition, but can be somewhat flexible
