Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager
Type of Position:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific discipline, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum twelve years of experience in the petrochemical, power and/or infrastructure industry providing quality assurance procedure development, Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection and Testing Plans and Inspection procedure development.
Must have NBIC Experiene.
Must have API 510, 570 and 653 certification.
Develop Quality Assurance procedures for petrochemical, power, infrastructure and other assigned projects.
Successful candidate will:
Provide technical support related to quality on projects or major phases of significant projects assigned, coordinate the efforts of source inspection and to support the technical staff in the Q/A performance of assigned projects.
Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge to the completion of project assignments.
Provide leadership for quality assurance department and quality control support on assigned projects and/or areas to ensure that the product is designed, procured, manufactured and installed in accordance with customer and company quality requirements.
Provide leadership for new systems, development, proposals, implementation, procedures, and any related quality activity.
Develop and apply advanced quality assurance/ control plans and source inspection/NDE techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems on the forefront of new technologies.
Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solution of complex QA/QC problems.
Conduct investigations and tests of damage mechanisms to support repair options/plans.
Review project process and evaluate results.
Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
