The position will be managing 3 people (2 Quality Assurance Technicians and 1 Quality Inspector) even though the job description did does not have a "manager" title, supervision is noted
Requirements are : (Please pay close attention to the job description)
" Excellent overall understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices and procedures.
" Technical School or College graduate, with an Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience/knowledge.
" 5+ years medical manufacturing quality assurance engineering supervision. Thorough working knowledge of cGMP, FDA QSR, and ISO 13485. Must have excellent team working skills, and the ability to work well with cross functional team along with good record/documentation management skills.
" Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office; Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills. Ability to work professionally with customers.
Preferred:
" Experience in quality assurance position including medical device sterilization.
" Experience in cellular manufacturing (Lean, One-piece flow).
