    Candidates must be able to follow standard quality methods and techniques. Inspect, test, assess and record quality product to ensure it meets customer and product specifications and alert production when standards are not being met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Monitors product tracking methods
    Advises production personnel of quality issues
    Maintains customer samples
    Inspects returned products
    Tests incoming supplies and raw materials
    Conducts testing of product throughout the process
    Prepares supplies needed for production
    Prepares routine reports, including gathering/summarizing data
    May review overall SPC and data entry
    Proof new printing plates
    Track and/or maintain label and ink inventory
    Participates in the GMP and HACCP program
    Intermediate computer skills (ie: MS Word and Excel)

    Candidate must possess the following:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA within a manufacturing facility
    Good communication and interpersonal skills using tact and diplomacy
    Strong attention to detail
    Basic understanding of equipment and processes
