Major Purpose of the Position: Our Customer Experience Measurement department is seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and inter-personal skills to ensure quality of web-based and automated inbound telephone (IVR) questionnaires for survey research, external website and internal applications.
Major Responsibilities: Duties include reviewing and testing web-based and custom online applications, processing/checking/cleaning collected data, working closely with project management staff and survey development staff, and acting as a general resource for technical design and data formatting questions.
Work with Project Managers and Programmers in the testing and troubleshooting of web-based and IVR surveys as well as custom online applications, with varying degrees of complexity, for primary marketing research studies.
Check for validity of collected data using several techniques, including on-line comparison tools, MS SQL server, SPSS and/or quantum (or similar) data editing/tabulation software.
Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of all work.
Process, review, report, update, and/or clean data (when needed) in the SQL database where survey data is stored to ensure that it is complete, accurate and valid.
Implement QA procedures as defined for internal applications and external websites.
Document QA procedures for all projects.
The preferred candidate would be a motivated individual with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills who can follow complicated survey logic. The ideal candidate would also be able to work well under pressure and provide results in an exciting, fast-paced marketing research environment.

Prior experience (or exposure to) web surveys, SQL, SPSS, SAS or quantum data editing/tabulation software (or similar) is a plus.
Prior understanding of quantitative research techniques and methodologies also a plus.
Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance.
Ability to conduct quality audits, reviews and analysis of program specs, data and training documentation.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Mathematical Sciences, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent Marketing Research or Quality Assurance experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position to be located in our Dallas, Texas location.
This position does not offer relocation assistance.
