Duties & Responsibilities:
The position of Quality Control – Sales Analyst will listen to live and pre-recorded sales calls and provide evaluation reports to upper management based on the strengths, weaknesses, missed opportunities, and other variables sensitive to the Company.
Listen to live and pre-recorded calls
Complete sales evaluation templates measuring how the sales agents represented the Company
Provide detailed evaluation analysis the overall phone conversation process such as: initial greeting, opening, discovery, presentation, overcoming of objections, conclusion, and summary
Taking large volume of inbound calls
Assisting management by providing detailed reports with recommended identifiable solutions
Identify the effectiveness of an Agent’s loan origination abilities
Entering accurate information into our web-based application and verifying the information to be correct
Meeting ongoing evaluation report feedback objectives and goals that change on a monthly basis
Update all status report files such as feedback, recommendations, and concrete findings on a daily basis
Provide clear and concise reporting analysis on every phone evaluation while maintaining complete confidentiality on all viewed data
Must have 2+ years of recent mortgage experience preferably in a high volume call center environment
Must have strong sales and follow-up experience
Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with high motivation
Strong and clear communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up with ability to articulate report findings to management
Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Knowledge of Outlook, Internet and average typing skills
