This position is located in Eatontown, NJ. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Supervising the implementation of the Quality Control function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with West Wards expectations. • Overseeing the Quality Control function’s work plan; work activities, projects and programs, monitoring the work flow and reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the department's goals and plans. • Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Quality Control function. • Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct manager. • Developing and maintaining QC procedures and systems while ensuring that the completion of all tests, studies, reports and investigations in an accurate, effective and timely manner. • Reviewing and evaluating all data generated by different West Ward operational and quality functions and accordingly recommends on the release the finished product for shipping. • Setting an audit plan to the QC thus ensure its compliance in all QC areas. • Assisting in lab investigations to ensure a thorough on time investigation being done, accordingly challenging and approving CAPAs as being set. • Keeping abreast with the latest high-tech techniques, equipment and technologies that are relevant to the discipline of Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control. • Establishing and maintaining a tracking and trending system of QC issues occurrence
