This position is located in Eatontown, NJ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervising the implementation of the Quality Control function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with West Wards expectations.
Overseeing the Quality Control functions work plan; work activities, projects and programs, monitoring the work flow and reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the department's goals and plans.
Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Quality Control function.
Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct manager.
Developing and maintaining QC procedures and systems while ensuring that the completion of all tests, studies, reports and investigations in an accurate, effective and timely manner.
Reviewing and evaluating all data generated by different West Ward operational and quality functions and accordingly recommends on the release the finished product for shipping.
Setting an audit plan to the QC thus ensure its compliance in all QC areas.
Assisting in lab investigations to ensure a thorough on time investigation being done, accordingly challenging and approving CAPAs as being set.
Keeping abreast with the latest high-tech techniques, equipment and technologies that are relevant to the discipline of Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control.
