Primary responsibility will be to monitor various in-process casing operational related activities.
Responsible for working closely with, and following priorities provided by Frank’s Lafayette Operations Manager and/or Assistant Operations Manager to ensure the needs of Frank’s are met.
Has direct line of reporting to Frank’s Director of Quality to ensure all quality related requirements are met on a daily basis.
Monitor in-process activities such as equipment being serviced, function checked, tagged, and equipment load-outs.
Verify equipment being mobilized meets job requirements and is/are properly outfitted with the appropriate gear.
Assist in shop personnel Quality related training.
Follow-up on Incident and/or Equipment Fault Reports.
Aid in Quality related incident investigations.
Knowledge of tubular running operations is required.
Knowledge of various quality system elements is preferred.
5 - 10 Years field experience preferred; high degree of familiarity of Frank’s equipment.
Skilled in critical thinking, reading comprehension, speaking, time management, management of personnel resources and management of material resources.
Abilities: oral expression and comprehension; written comprehension; deductive reasoning; problem sensitivity.
Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
