We are currently seeking a positive and energetic Quality Control Technician to contribute to the successful of the Quality & Mission Assurance Group. Responsibilities of the position include inspection of product, review of documentation, and interaction with all disciplines of the business.

A High School Diploma (or GED) is required. An Associate Degree is preferred.

Required Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar quality or manufacturing position is required.

The ability to use and interpret Quality tools and gauges like calipers, micrometers is essential.

This position requires skill in the use of a microscope as well as the ability to use and interpret assembly drawings.

Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word are required.

Strong interpersonal skills, such as communicating well with customers, management, engineering and manufacturing as well as other disciplines of the organization, is essential for this position.

This position requires an individual who is a team player and is proactive in helping resolve issues.

Members of our team must be able to actively contribute to process improvement opportunities.

This individual must have a high degree of attention to detail and be able to organize multiple levels of documentation.

This position will be on a 9/80 work schedule of Monday - Friday.

Preferred Experience:
A current CQI certification is desired.

Candidates are desired to have experience with Military/Space workmanship specifications and IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 soldering specifications.
