We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer - New Product Development, for our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility. The Quality Engineer is responsible for New Product Development Quality activities, Customer PPAP submittals, Internal Audit program and other special projects related to customer or supplier issues.
The Key Job Elements of the Quality Engineer:
Provide Quality support to New Product Develoment teams by 1) participating in team meetings, 2) evaluating warranty trends of similar products, 3) facilitating FMEA, 4) coordinating and evaluating MSA, 5) developing and implementing Control Plans, and 6) assisting in Safe Launch testing implementation.
Coordinate activities required for PPAP submittal to key customers.
Support Quality Management System through coordination of Internal Audit Program.
Provide Quality leadership for root cause analysis and corrective action teams related to product non-conformances reported by customers and/or are supplier related, in an effort to support corporate quality performance goals.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Participate on New Product Development teams including facilitation of FMEA teams, MSA coordination and Control Plan development
Coordinate and submit PPAP to key customers
Coordinate Internal Audit program
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to product non-conformances reported by customers
Evaluate effectiveness of supplier corrective action activities resulting from Supplier Corrective Action Reports
