To assist in the improvement of the processes and efficiency of work teams and systems at the company Consumer Center. Responsible for supporting the implementation of new production processes and improvements to existing processes. Reports to Consumer Advocacy Director of Process Improvement.
Identify Improvement Opportunities 15%
Document processes and systems with automation potential
Document and Test processes to support Consumer Center Improvement Initiatives 40%
Document existing (as-is) processes and new processes as flowcharts or process flows.
Develop business requirements or Scope Documents to initiate technology development
Monitor technology project status and priorities in conjunction with User communities and Technology.
Develop test plans for End User testing of Technology Initiatives
Conduct End-user testing to support all recommended processes
Provide testing feed back and monitor for resolution of all defects
BS in Computer Science, Business, Process Engineering or equivalent experience.
1 - 3 years testing from End User perspective
Experience Documenting Requirements and test planning
Ability to analyze and document existing processes using flowcharts and with descriptive text.
Ability to develop clear and logical processes and process flowcharts
Strong written communication skills
Ability to articulate benefits and importance of processes
Ability to influence peers, managers, and other team members without authority
Ability to focus on and manage intense detail for the ongoing improvements keeping the Enterprise picture in mind
