RESEARCH INVESTIGATOR / RESEARCH SCIENTIST(Job Number: 1305176)
The candidate will be responsible for designing and generating cellular reagents for bioassay development. The candidate will apply a range of technology platforms to characterize and evaluate the reagents as well as perform cell based assay development. He or she is required to explore technology; document experimental details establish SOPs and prepare assay validation reports. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for interacting within and across department to meet project timelines.
BS, MS or PhD in Biology or related sciences.
The candidate needs to have at least 5 years pharmaceutical industry experiences and strong skills in molecular biology and cell biology. He or she is required to have in depth knowledge and hands on experiences for drug discovery assay support. Extensive experiences in cell line generation, characterization, as well as performing cell based assay design are must-have. He or she is also anticipated to apply and evaluate diverse high throughput technology platforms, and to develop innovated processes to support assay design across multi-modality programs. Knowledge in biologics, experience in GLP environment, and familiarities on high throughput technology platforms ( i.e. high contect platform) will be plus. Excellent written and verbal communications are critical, as well as abilities to establish SOPs and report generation.
