Assists in coordinating the Residency/Fellowship Program and performs secretarial duties for the Director of the Residency/Fellowship Program. Recruits and assists new residents and assists current residents. The Residency/Fellowship Coordinator must provide an atmosphere of professionalism, create a positive attitude to encourage resident applicants and maintain high morale among current residents.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Experience can be substituted for educations on a year for year basis.

Minimum of two years administrative experience preferred, including one year with an academic organization. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
