Job Description
Seeking RF Program Manager to serve as the primary customer contact for program performance and status.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing FINALIZED, and proofed RF circuit design consisting of FCC common carrier frequencies and mmW, in and around NY, NJ market place. FCC spectrum will be reserved as ULL Network asset, and ultimately commissioned for production purposes.
Responsible for Program Management of microwave, electronic and mechanical designs, assembly and system level tests to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
Responsible for customer negotiations and visits, coordination of proposal preparations, cost-estimation, and earned value management.

Ability to travel when required for successful project delivery
Must have experience in managing and reporting on projects
Field experience, actually conducting a full documented site inspection, using survey form, camera, GPS/Compass, and satellite imagery
Previous work history with Tower and Building Management companies and familiarization with the Site Acquisition phases
Familiarization and actual experience with Frequency Coordination Process, a key requirement for securing FCC regulated licensed spectrum. Previous work history with FCC registrars, conducting database searches, sourcing who's using what spectrum, etc.
Familiarization of tabling results in a comprehensive manner, out lining contacts, cost, and relevant engineering specifications, etc.
Familiarization with importing data into the Google Earth, for visual illustration.
Familiarization, of major vendor products and solutions, such as LightPointe, eBand, A/Optics, Aviat, Exalt, Cielo Networks, SAF Tehnika

Tools and Resource Requirements:
Pathloss or equivalent, with terrain and fresnel zone analysis
3D modeling tool used for determine LOS implications
Planet, or equivalent, RF Propagation modeling tool
Access to FCC spectrum database
