IC validation/characterization/production in ATE Environment for RF and Transceiver devices.
Develop software to perform RF and mixed signal measurements using ATE Testers.
Strong understanding of production test techniques for high volume manufacturing of RF/Mixed-Signal.
Hardware design/debug and understanding of Power, Digital , Mixed-Signal, & RF layout techniques.
Evaluate product performance to specifications (process capability)
Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques.
Write clear and concise specifications, reports, and instructions.
Effectively present technical information.
Responsibilities include but not limited to performing RF measurements, analyzing results, partnering with design engineers to debug issues and statistically process large volumes of data for RF ICs.
5+ years of hands on work experience in a related field.
Solid understanding of RF principles, RF engineering tools.
Solid understanding of cellular radio building blocks.
Strong computer skills including programming languages. (C++/VB preferred)
Familiar with ATE testers (93k and UFLEX preferred)
Familiar with lab equipment (o-scope, power meter, vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer).
Statistical Analysis tools (Datapower, JMP, Sedana, Excel)
Strong written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet product introduction schedules.
Self-motivated individual to work in assertive team environment.
Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering
