Reporting to the Director of Risk Management/Patient Safety, this position is responsible for acting as a risk management and patient safety coordinator for
including the medical staff, the institution and the community at large addressing patient safety and risk management
Is responsible for interpreting and analyzing patient safety data and concepts, coordinating projects, conducting root cause analysis and promoting the Hospital’s Safety for Life objectives.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of
Two (2) to three (3) years of previous experience in risk management and patient safety initiatives.
