When your voice really
counts, word soon gets around.
Our nurses' voices really
count. So it's no surprise that word is getting around about the
levels of total support and job satisfaction that nurses find here.
Our philosophy is that when our nurses speak, we always listen.
Feedback isn't just encouraged, it's acted upon. The flow of ideas
and the great interaction between our nurses, doctors and management
is at the heart of everything we provide to patients and staff alike.
For our nurses, it's the kind of two-way communication and sense of
involvement that makes the difference between doing a job, and
enjoying it to the fullest-possible extent. Right now, we would like
to talk to RNs currently licensed by the State of Texas.
