The House Supervisor , under the supervision of
the Director of Nursing, supports the clinical activities and special
projects of the department; and in collaboration with the Charge
Nurse coordinates the off-hour operations of nursing. Supports an
organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the
Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.
