Support the collaborative ambulatory process. Coordinates and manages the day-to-day activities within the clinic. Promotes team development and skills among clinic staff. Provides and coordinates professional, family-centered care for infants, children, adolescents and adults. Utilizes the nursing process to promote customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement. When needed, provides individualized direct patient care in accordance with hospital and practice site policies, procedures and established standards of nursing care and practice in collaboration with the Medical Provider. Works independently and as directed by the clinic manager/director.
*Current BLS/CPR Certification.
*Current RN license.
*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
*Two to three years experience in a leadership role preferred as he/she will be supervising the daily activities of clinic.
*Previous ambulatory experience (pediatrics preferred).
*Knowledge of clinic operations.
