We are looking for an

RN, Clinical Reviewer

.

This position reports to the Director of Performance Improvement. Coordinates data collection/measurement, analysis, and presentation: facilitates performance improvement teams; and provides recommendations in the conduct of the facility performance improvement plans. Support the peer review process.

Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Knowledge/Professional Licensure/Registration/Certifications

: Current MO RN licensure; knowledge of spreadsheets including pivot tables, graphing and basic statistics; knowledge of PowerPoint; knowledge of Quality Improvement methodology and team facilitation. CPHQ preferred

Experience:
Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience.

Administrative Skills

: Organization of patient - specific data for internal and external reporting; Professional representative in the community and professional society.

Equipment/Machine Skills

: Computer software to include database management

Preferred intangibles:
Clinical Performance Improvement experience

Comfortable with dual reporting roles

Experience with data abstract & core measures

Great energy, the ability to think outside the box, and a love for learning

Med Surge / ICU experience would be helpful

Advanced critical thinking skills
