You have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and are licensed as an RN in the state of Colorado. You have ten (10) or more years peri-operative experience that includes three (3) or more years managerial experience. You have strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care management and demonstrated experience leading and/or managing strategic clinical operations. If the above describes you, we would very much like to get to know you. We seek candidates for the role of Perioperative RN Director. In this role you will oversee the operations of three small hospitals (36-beds, 25-beds, and 18-beds) and travel between the sites. You will provide strategic leadership and administration in the areas of patient care, education, safety and quality in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. You will promote a professional practice environment and develop and maintain collegial and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across the institution to positively impact the business of clinical operations, nursing and patient care outcomes.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Colorado. Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree. Our ideal candidate will have ten (10) years of perioperative experience that includes three (3) years of management experience. Must be able to travel to facilities approximately 90 minutes away from each other. Requires demonstrated experience leading and/or managing strategic clinical operations. Requires strong written and oral communication skills. Must demonstrate strong decision-making and critical thinking skills along with the ability to lead change.
