We seek a Registered Nurse with CPHQ certification for the role of Director of Quality Management at a 167-bed hospital in College Station. In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a hospital-wide quality assurance program. You will coordinate and maintain programs designed to assess and review the quality of the patient care provided. You will conduct regular safety and sanitation rounds. You will prepare and present analysis and recommendations to administration. You will coordinate the hospital's TJC activities.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Texas (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Strong preference given to candidates who hold current CPHQ certification. Must have three (3) or more years experience in an acute care facility and demonstrate a clear working knowledge of general hospital operations, JCAHO, OSHA, Medicare COP, and state requirements. Two (2) or more years experience in Quality Management required. Must have coordinated TJC preparation and participated in State and CMS surveys within past three (3) years.
