We seek a Registered Nurse with previous management experience as an Executive Director/Administrator role in the greater Atlanta area for an opportunity as Hospice Senior Executive/Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for the overall direction of the hospice services. You will be responsible for the employment of qualified hospice personnel. You will be responsible for the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations. You will be responsible for establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guide-lines. You will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Candidates must be licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Preference given to candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Master's degree in health care or related field. Must have three (3) to five (5) years experience in health care management. Must demonstrate an ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Must have an ability to deal tactfully with the community. Must have knowledge of corporate business management. Must understand hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group. Must have intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.
